Overland has a dedicated aftersales team to look after your new or pre-owned caravan. Should a problem arise we will arrange parts to rectify the problem, if we don’t have them in stock we will then arrange a suitable time for the unit to come in to have the problem resolved by our workshop technicians. We do cover new warranty problems for Bailey, Coachman, Elddis and Lunar supplied by other dealers but you must understand that Overland premium customers are priority for the staff teams and will be dealt with before any transient works.
